Summit County Cares is the front door for various government funded assistance designed to help keep families and individuals living in Summit County, Ohio, housed in the wake of the historic economic recession caused by the COVID-19 pandemic. Summit County Cares is a partnership of local government and community organizations. The application for rent and utility assistance for parents and caregivers who have been impacted by COVID-19 will open on Monday, March 8, at 8 a.m.
